Computer Problems

I had some major computer problems.  I can't get my original game back.  I had the same problem with another gameloft game but with MC5 you have to start all over before you can access "Options."  I don't even know if the solution is the same for all gameloft games though and I don't want to have to start all over and go through initial mission to get to "Options."

Yes.  This happened before.  My computer had problems and that was 3 days ago.  I get my computer back and they had removed all my apps.  So, I go to MS store to download game again and I am directed to a whole new game and not my old one.  Don't want to start all over.

Hi again,

If your progress have been synced with Xbox or Facebook, you can retrieve it by simply logging into the corresponding social network account in the game. Otherwise, you need to contact Customer Care and provide your dogtag as well as screenshots of in-app purchases, if any.
