Problema al iniciar MC5

Bueno amigos, desde hace unos dias juego Modern Combat 5 y la verdad que funcionaba de maravilla, pero ahora no puedo entrar al juego por que cuando abro el juego sale el logotipo de "Gameloft" se pone la pantalla negra y se cierra. Alguna solucion?

Juego en la plataforma de Windows 10

Hi Joe, I suggest you to try to clean up some space on your PC. If the game still crashes, please try and reinstall the app from the Windows Store [If your progress is already linked to a SNS]. Let me know if it works! :)

hola mr joe pudiste solucionar el problema? a mi me pasa lo mismo e desinstalado el juego y e vuelto a instalarlo y aun sigue el mismo fallo :(

We are currently experiencing some crashing issues for which we launched an investigation. It would really help if you could share with me what's your device and where you are from, as well as the exact steps you took from opening the app till it crashed - so we can reproduce it.

tengo el mismo problema desde hace 1 semana, no puedo iniciar el juego, se queda con la pantalla en **** y no continua, o aparece un mensaje diciendo fallo de conexion. otras veces he podido entrar y se ha quedado bloqueado el juego y se sale solo.
solucion?

This seems like it could actually be a connection issue. Please try taking the following steps:
- Switch from a mobile connection to WiFi.
- Make sure that your internet connection signal strength is at maximum.
- Restart your router and your Wi-Fi connection.
- Turn off your device for 2 minutes and then turn it back on.
- Close all background apps.
- Temporarily disable your firewall and/or anti-virus software.

Hola, Buen Dia.
Tengo un problema la verdad muy triste ya que al abrir MC5 aparace el logo de Gameloft y despues se cierra solo el juego, la verdad no se si es un problema del juego o mi sistema operativo Windows 8.1, ya he desinstalado el juego varias veces, me gustaria saber que posibles problemas podria tener. Gracias por su atencion.

Hola en Apple TV no funciona ni el mc5 / ni el dungeon hunter 5

Error / aviso dungeon hunter 5 no se puede conectar al servidor.por favor, comprueba tu conexión a internet e inténtalo de nuevo

Por favor solucionen el error está en todas las Apple TV 4gen iOS 12.1

Yo tambien tengo el mismo problema,a veces se pone negra la pantalla cuando pasa el logo de gameloft y otras veces juego por un minuto y se pone igual manera.
reinstale windows 10 pro,lo hacia igual,actualice los driver y pasa lo miismo
la placa madre es una ECS H55H-M
cpu es intel core i3 530 2,93Ghz 2,93Ghz
8gb ram
Gpu intel(R) 700mhz
