Connectivity via cellular network

Wi-Fi connected the game is working fine. However, for the past week or so (pretty much since the last update) on a mobile internet connection - either 4G, 3G(HSPA) - I'm getting the dreaded glni error screen. SF has worked well on 4G and H+ up until last week for me.

I checked alot of things before posting (took a few days). I even have a friend who is using a 5G connection on a new device and they can not use SF unless they are on Wi-Fi.

Is anyone else on the Android version of SF having trouble with mobile connectivity?

Tengo el mismo problema. Desde la última versióm no puedo conectarme al juego mediante la red dd datos del celular, solo mediange wifi. No funciona esta nueva versión con redes 3g o 4g,? Ya desinstalé el juego y volvi a instalarlo y nada. Cuando intento cargarlo con la red de datos me arroja el mismo error que ha publicado el amigo anterior. Alguna solución?

I've been having the same issue for a week or so. And with time sensitive events going on, this is real inconvenient. I'm on Verizon with a Pixel 4 XL and latest version of Android OS.

It seems to be a problem all over, I csnt get into game via mobile data, but luckily I have WiFi , Athena only has mobile data do cannot play at all.
We have been told this is being looked into, still no fix date yet but as soon as we hear anything we will pass the info on.

Thank you for the response MM. *Very much appreciated*. Many players in this part of the world have no WiFi and rely on mobile data (just like Athena). I'll put the word out.

I also have this issue but there is no response from from Gameloft

It's been 2 weeks since this was first reported. Any updates as to when it will be fixed?
