Reload on this thing is kinda slow, plus with all the movement during reload gives me a haeadache and crosses my eyes! Reminds me of an exotic GL did a while back that was like some kind of insect with legs flailing around and such.

That's for weedkiller, sums up how much good it is as a weapon :)

:P  . I had another player suggest it was a can of flatulence designed to offend the enemy goons to death (because the projectiles don't do the job).

Either way, someone at Gameloft still has some sense of humour (I remain hopeful anyway).

This is just FN unbelievable, 100 packs/300 parts and I get a drop rate of 13% on cores. There are enough other parts to do 10 upgrades, but reality is I can't even to 8, complete BS.

So 39 cores out of 300 parts.

Just out of interest, did you record the drop rate for all the other parts also???

Hi Snipey, Yes , the update is I have currently opened 120 pack and the current drop rates are :-
78 muzzles 21.7%, 77 mags 21.4%, 49 cores 13.6%, 76 chips 21.1% , 80 scopes 22.2%.
The drop rates have been fairly consistent over the whole event. Something is wrong somewhere.
My last 3 event drops were :-
21.7, 20.3, 16.2, 18.3, 23.5  Noble Sacrifice
23.6, 18.7, 17.6, 22.2, 17.9  Royal Decree
24.1, 19.3, 17.9, 19.3, 19.6  Deset Heat
respectively.

Excellent! Thank you for the response and for sharing the data.

Facts cut through emotions
It's been my long standing opinion that records like these need to be captured in these forums. The facts (real numbers) cut through all the instant emotion and garbage that tends to dominate some of the posts in these forums on occasion.

For the record
Re. "Something is wrong somewhere"... (Somewhat related). I just "played through" to finish the event. With 13 upgrades, no Supreme Packs opened from the shop - only the packs I earnt in the event by playing Chapter 1, Missions 1, 2 , 3 & 4 over and over again (up until I played through). The screen pic, shows what I'm short on at this point in time. See two posts down for what it looked like after 12 upgrades. Note also: I have Ho Ho Howdy equipped.

Disclaimer on the above
Now before anybody jumps on the above paragraph: I fully recognise that I am not comparing apples with apples here - against the quoted post. I'm just trying to capture this record - nothing more nothing less. Noting here that (in the past) there have been many posts in these forums noting (anecdotally) that there can be a difference in drop rates from Supreme Packs:
a. earnt in the event and opened in the event.
b. opened directly from the shop.
c. sourced by clicking/tapping the craft part needed (getting the "you need more parts" pop-up then clicking go which then takes you into the shop .

Is that clown's name 'Relevance' or 'What the'
One last thing: See the post below this one.... Why is there a clown with his/her hat on fire standing behind my newly won weapon holding a chrome plated sniper rifle??? Does anyone else have this visible?

Oddly, once the weapon is won, the total upgraded value jumps from 40K to 60K. It is on par with other slightly lower rated Exotic Explosives (like Dubai Burst).

Also, it seems more destructive without the affinity rather than with the seek-and-destroy function.

Oh, and about the drops. Everyone (I think) knows that Daniel stated that the cores are programmed to drop less. Now, it seems that at least one of the parts has a lower drop rate. Screenshots seem to confirm this.
Just so GL doesn't have to ask:
