With a rented clan insignia, PvP matches are not generating clan points as expected.

If more detail / explanation is needed please let me know.

Again the rented clan insignia is not working.

Paid rubies to upgrade it - it is not generating the war resources in PvP.

This ongoing issue is annoying.

See attached pic showing no war resources provided at end of PvP with insignia activated. Balance of my war resources is 351/400 (i.e. it is not full).

There is still an enemy SM to kill but the counter shows 3/3 (i.e. complete)

Essentially what is happening is: Intermittently, an Elite SM in room one of PvP comes into the room then continues to loop (either walking around in a circle or a figure 8 pattern) and does not face the attacker or deploy it's zip line and move forward.

See two screen pics - attached to this post and the next post. These pics were taken 38 seconds apart from each other - in the same match. The time and date is inherent in the file name.

Intermittently, the jump button stops refreshing - meaning the jumps available is zero (and remains stuck on zero so the player can't move). Other functions remain as expected.

this issue started today around 3 hours ago I tried maybe 5-6 times but nothing happens.
I tried many things like, 
1. reconnect with the wifi
2. restart my router
3. try with my mobile connection
4. restart my phone
but the issue is still there.

Android connectivity in this part of the world (APA server) has been like this (on and off) for the past 24 hours (time now ~ 2103 GMT Wed Mar 3, 2020.

There is a gear and weapon combo currently advertised but I can not see what is advertised in the shop (I can't buy it because I can't see it in the shop).

I already own the weapon. I do not own the gear.
