I noticed this too.

... but the up side is that Warlord and Battle Pass tasks involving a sniper weapon are incremented when the Frisbee Chucker Mk3 is used.

One bug counteracts another bug I suppose.

I have not received any soldiers for the Victory Day event that uses TREECUTTERMK3.
My record on the server I fought on was second place.
Yet I don't have the XXIII Destroyer that was supposed to be my second.
If this is not a bug, what is it?

SM not awarded from Victory Day

I did not get the 11* RPG "XXIII Destroyer" SM (Squadmate) - as the reward for Victory Day either.

To Gameloft:

All details for me are in my signature block below in this post. Conversation ID (for customer service ticket - lodged Jan 5, 2021 @ ~ 1155GMT) is: #277272

See attached screen pic for proof of winning reward.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
I already had one of these 11* "XXIII Destroyer" RPG SMs from a previous VIP event. The SM that is missing is the *second* one of the same SM that should have come from the Victory Day event (see screen pic attached to this post).

There should be *two* 11* XXIII Destroyer RPG SMs
There should be two of these identical SMs in my inventory:
A. The SM from the Victory Day event (currently missing)
B. The SM from the VIP event (already have this one)

I look forward to your prompt action to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Weapon equipped vs. stated weapon

A. Says "..currently have sniper weapon type...."
B. I have a RPG weapon equipped (shown clearly)

Now look at the bottom left of screen - it shows Seed of Terror exotic weapon in a little box.

There is obviously a problem here.

Arena connection issues

1. Paid 100 rubies for the 30 minute insurance policy.

2. For the first 8 minutes the match count-up timer just kept going up without a match starting... then the no match message.

3. Continual reconnecting.

4. Restarted the game. Error messages.

5. Nothing wrong with my internet connection - 6mS latency.

6. Error messages.

7. 30 minutes later - did not play one Arena match. 100 rubies wasted.

I would like to report bugs in both discord, and Customer Care, discord I was totally ignored and it seems Customer Care is doing exactly the same, I lost my progress 17th December and still have not heard anything, this game has never been so bad as it is right at this time.
