What have GL done to the game?? Been playing nearly 3 years and this is the worst i've seen it by a long shot... game constantly crashing in all game modes, game freezing, ads playing but get nothing for them. Sort it out GL!

Ad videos play but nothing happens when they've finished, EXCEPT event StW.

There's cock-ups and there this shower of shite though! I play one event chapter, it crashes. I play pvp, it crashes. Drone missions.. it crashes. Play ads, it crashes or freezes, and if it doesn't i don't get any reward anyway. The whole game is fubar.

diferent pltfrm, mayb diferent srvr (eur), but havg simlr prblms, partclrly tryg to play curent exotic evnt, many crsh/frz in genrl, also sum evnts not loadg/showg sumtimes whn opn game so hav to re-opn;
 
the curent symptoms of most concern are havnt been able to load/play a misn more thn 6 times in exotic evnt in 1st day or so, thn no exotc misns load beyond 33%, hangs, thn game crash (havnt seen this in mnths since mayb last carmine blizzard exotic evnt), so hav 3 empty s-pak slots for 2 days now;
 
same thg (33% hang crash) w/lock-n-load ystrdy (unlike for wks b4), but reglr contr misns seem to play, clan-ops plays, spec-ops ok/not, havnt tried pvp since ths prblms yet but prbly crshy 2; I thnk this cud be a srvr issue & tht othrs r afectd, mayb/hopfly it will be resolvd.

The issue
Android version players experience significant disconnections in the Arena when compared to iOs and Windows version players..

The solution
Please either:

a. fix this issue, or (if it can't be fixed)...

b. code the game such that disconnected players are:
i. refunded all consumables used 
ii. not awarded a negative score
iii. refunded the 2 tickets spent to enter the match
iv. refunded any rubies spent and/or
v. awarded the battle pack (as applicable)

... and optionally (to the attached screen):
vi.   add the score on disconnection
vii.  add a disconnection reason / error code
viii. add an apology.
ix.  add a list of/display all of the refunds (see points i to v - above)

Measurement of issue
An average of 19.1% of matches end in disconnections for Android players. This number is the "average of averages" measured by five players over a three month period spanning 4 playing seasons. This equates to around 1 in every 5 matches wasted for Android players.

Observations
There are easily observable circumstances (that are repeated frequently) as to when these disconnections occur. Testing (extensively) over (say) 2 months should show these errors up easily such that the developers can address them. Reasonable (basic) data analysis would support this.

Comments
This on-going systemic situation that disadvantages Android players is, clearly, unacceptable and requires resolve if you expect players to heavily invest in the Arena sub-product.

Why does my score to from 534 down to 526 then down again to 523? In that time I played Armageddon Arena matches and was "last man standing" so my score should be going up (not down).
