Can't as can't log into the game to send the ticket and I'm getting quite upset now u am a guild leader etc and I can't log since maintenance  even had my provider out to check wifi not there no problem it's to do with game have done all the handy tips etc not nothing please help

I have not been able to login/play since Update 12 because of "Logged in to other device" error after reinstalling the game.
Customer Care ignores my emails.

Why are we aske to post on this topic? Noone answer, Customer Care dont answer and posting on FB is ignored. Do you even care if you loose paying customers?

my flying fishcopter level 34 vanished at upgrade completion to level 35 using runes. 
gameloft sent me a level 20 fishcopter for compensation. now gameloft tells me i was compensated. this is wrong and a bad joke i hope. i spent a lot of runes for that pet and i ask u to take back ur level 20 fishcopter and send me me level 34 FLYING fishcopter!!!
otherwise i would accept that u send me all items, or enough runes i need to upgrade that level 20 into level 34.

please reset my account. 
My account is banned without cause

gameloft customer care response received, but account is still locked. I have NOT altered any game content! I had trouble downloading the latest update and I had to pause the download several times. Original game installation did not have HD content, but the new update installed HD content by default and my device ran out of storage so I had to pause and move files in order to install update. Content was direct from App Store/iTunes with no alterations. This ban is in error.

my problem is cant get weapon and pieces for upgrade heritage weapon.
i bought 800 adrenalin stamps this month.
It was used for steps 12 and 13.
My heritage weapon is Font of Violation.
But I have never
I did not get any magic staff weapon or pieces to upgrade.
so instead I made another weapon. 'Legendary Abyssal Wariior's claws.'
but i want upgrade magic staff.
i don't understand why i have never i did not get any weapon or pieces to upgrade.
please check it quickly and fix it.

I lost my account on order and chaos 2: redemption and need to recover it. 
I have a character "razod" on the server dawnwatch.
