Hi, Gameloft support, I want to ask you to transfer my request to scripters or other workers who can solve my problem. Please optimize the game on more devices, it’s not very pleasant to play with terrible FPS drops, frequent friezes, lags and more, although my phone is not the weakest. Xiaomi Redmi 4x. Please optimize the game.

havent been able to connect for 5 days. constantly reconnecting. uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. initially got a reponse from GL asking for my user id but havent heard since telling them.

and i dont know why other player can report me play on bug and i got banned for 2 day and i'm not sure it for 2 day or not

U make me lost many item for not play this game a while day
