Hello,
It seems that you have change the rules for the solo events. There are not anymore depending on the level of the castle, in clear there is not castles categories like last week. How do you want to compete when you are level 15 against a level 31 in the solo supplies event (only 4 marche and lower gathering speed), the Muster for Battle event when you have only tier 1, the world encounters when you can only kill level 3/4 encounters, ... ?
If it is a new rule, it is a really unfair rule. Especially during a seasonal event.

The change in solo event is not good. Bring back the previous where leaderdboard is divided into brackets depending on the castle level. Why change it when you have events that is divided into castle levels like antlantis. Make it fair for others that want to catch up to those who gained advantage being a jumper specially in the current realms.. this will only make realms dead realm because why would new players play into semi new realm/old realms if the solo events make them compete with those old players having 31.

yeah.. please make it clear about leaderboards solo event.. all lvl castle compete in same count leaderboards.. this a new policy or just a bug?? you must check your grup FB there are many complaint about this.. i like to discuss,, need your answer and your reason if this a new policy..

i can say you are inconsistent,, a few days ago this problem already solved.. why now you change it again??

Hello GL,
The new trading pop-up now hides the amount of RSS you have available to trade (this is not helpful) - as well as not displaying all the trades (you still have to move them up & down) so at the moment you have gone backwards...

I heard that you are doing these things so that you can charge Real Life Money to lower lvls to get a fair game because low lvls do not spend very much at the store

Hey there

Just some feedback regarding the new update. It's been several weeks now and have had to adjust and reflect on the changes. There are some positives and then some not so positives;

Positives
  1. The gems provide an interesting twist to crafting gears. It allows players to build gears that suit their playstyle rather then patch together something that kinda works
  2. I like that items to remove gems from gears drop if you complete your dailies
  3. I also like that you can't accidently forge or craft gear that alrady has gems in it...so no accidents there!
  4. I like that everyone gets a chance at cloaks and it's not just the spenders...helps even the playing ground a little and provides a extra life in the game
  5. The cooldown for the daily urn has been reduced to 1 hour. We all have other stuff to do and that change is reallly appreciated 
Negatives 
  1. Placing every single player in the same bracket is unfair and does nothing to encourage new plyers to stay. Having 274K points for the final milestone for a sub-C10 player who has no paragon, nor the ability to cook any T2s+ or factions is ludacris.It's more a DISINCENTIVE to continue playing rather than an INCENTIVE to spend money
  2. As mentioned previously, the pop up for trades obscurs the amount of RSS you have on stock and doesn't fix the issue that you still need to scroll to see all the deals that the trading post contains
  3. The personal event milestone has so far been interesting
    1. The gain might event via building or research was perhaps not thought out properly, If you've already completed all research, upgraded all buildings then the only way to complete it is by destroying a building and starting from scratch again
    2. The Barbarian personal event was difficult to complete. And this has far more to do with how the Horde event is run. Having only one spawning of the horde during the event means that you only have a 20-40min window of oppotunity to complete...if you log in late or not quick enough, then you can't actually complete. Perhaps having the horde spawn throughout the event or on a timer would allow all players an oppotunity to successfully complete. With only one or two L7 bases during each spawning cycle?

Why the workschop has not received a bonus for the capacity of traps? Most of the buildings have something to improve, up to 32 mines, for example. And the workschop has remained at 5% capacity (the same as at 31 lv). Upgrading a few does not give you any bonuses and you have to do it to increase the circle's bonus ....
