I keep getting an online service connection issue. I cannot not connect to my game in progress. What am I suppose to do?

Try turning your device off for a few minutes and restart your network. You can also try clearing your game cache. If all fails, please report this with our Customer Care team as they'll be able to assist you. You can reach them here: https://support.gameloft.com/ and select the MoE tab.

I am trying to link my game on ipad air2 to my iPhone but the Link device does not work on my ipad. Please resolve this issue for me. Thanks

Hi,

You only need to use the same Game Center account to have your progress linked - no need to go through the cross-platform account linking here.
