Hello;

I was unable to make new post and found this issue exactly as mine.
i was trying to link my accounts on my IOS devices and I totally lost my access to my main account. 
I am playing in realm 173 (Nabeth) and my castle name is (JoYa). Please Iavana if you can help me before losing my shields
i send many mails to Gameloft and I only received the automated replies. I also tried to call but I couldn’t reach any agent.

this is urgent please.

Choosing between two gameplays. Linking devices challenges you to pick a player empire n when you go to save one you lose the other one. Forever. I miss realm 208 R.E.D

Is this problem resolved?? I am waiting for the retrieve account, as I lost due to a forced updated re-direct. :( and still waiting... its been 11 days now.. My Tickets # is 17088884.

I recently downloaded the game in my pc, played spend few pounds, etc and when I try to enter the code in my iphone 6plus when I click on connect it tell me to login in your game center first to use this functionality??? I think the game really need an update ! So i can’t transfer anything as well 🙉🙉🙉

Hola, necesito ayuda y no se a quien o donde tengo que dirigir mi problema. Ayer por la noche se desconecto el juego y ya no fue posible entrar, parece ser que fue un problema generalizado de muchos servidores, la dexconexión duro unas 4 horas hasta las 02'00 de la madrugada hora de España, durante esa dexconexion intente entrar mas de 40 veces y fue imposible ademas mi escudo termino dentro de esa dexconexion y a diferencia de otras veces Gameloft no puso escudos de protección, por lo que recivi varios ataques y perdi todas mis tropas y RSS, un trabajo de varios meses y dinero, no entiendo que ocurrio, otras veces ustedes ponen escudos de protección pero esta vez no, por lo que les solicito me restablezcan a mi situacion anterior ya que no fue culpa mia si no de un problema generalizado en los servidores.
