I used only the microsoft account. After the reinstallation the game is from the beginning.
I did everything according to the instructions and it still does not work.

Hello, Artur Laskowski and lewiatan 4040. In order to resolve this issue and restore your progress, you both need to contact our Customer Care team. The best way to do this is via the in-game Customer Care button, which is located in the options menu.
