RULES TO REPORT ISSUES ON IOS

Report an Issue on iOS: Here you can post about issues you are having with your device or with the game. Make sure to check threads to see if what you are about to post has not already been mentioned. Make sure to write your ticket ID*, Facebook Game ID**, in-game name, your Realm ID as well as your player and castle levels. You can find your Realm ID in Options>Realm Transfer.


HOW TO POST:

- Post in the right section of the forum.
- English only.
- Try to write the best way possible in order for non-English speakers to be able to understand you.
- Stay on topic when posting a comment. Do not try to bring up another discussion or issue.
- Do not use vulgarities or bring up religious and cultural aspects. You will be warned before getting banned if you fail to comply.
- Pornographic content is prohibited. You will be banned without warning.
- When posting screenshots, upload them on image sharing websites like imageshack, imgur or photobucket.

FAILING TO POST ACCORDING TO THE RULES WILL SEE YOUR THREAD/COMMENT MOVED OR SIMPLY DELETED!

*Before posting an issue, make sure to open a ticket to Customer Care direclty via in-game Options. If and only if you cannot access it due to issues with the game, you can use the online form here: http://support.gameloft.com/

**To get your Facebook Game ID, follow these steps:
1. Click on the arrow in the top right of Facebook and select “Settings” 2. Click on “Apps” on the left 3. Search the list and click on “March of Empires” 4. In the section “Get help from App Developers”, select your user ID
