Good day,

here again... this time for the daily reward of 30th October.

The complain it's easy, I simple didn't get the armor from the daily event after logged for 30 days in October month.
The armor in question it's a 3tier darkness armor (the corrosion or vileplate one).

For AlexYs, the first ticket (#10784171) is in English and the second one in Italian (#10784194)

Hello Focaccina, I'm sorry to hear about this issue. Both of the tickets have been highlighted on the customer care support list. Please wait for one of the available dedicated agents (IT or EN) to contact you. In case you won't receive a reply in a timely manner do reply in this topic so I can make an additional follow up with the CC team. Best regards.

Edit: Also, as a future advice, please only use the in-game support feature, else the CC team won't be able to obtain your credentials and this means additional back and forth replies..(exception to the rule when you're unable to launch the game and reach Main Menu).

I would like to do it, except that the last 4 times I tried to use the in-game feature the game is crashed/freezed and I was pretty frustrated to rewrite all again...
But thank you anyway for the little tip :)

Hi Focaccina, unfortunately I wasn't aware of this issue. In this case, using the website support form is more than justified. My apologies for not knowing the situation.
