From your Android, submit a Ticket with Customer Care requesting to migrate your Windows progress. Customer Care will then work with you to locate your Windows progress and get it migrated.

Tap the Settings icon in the lower right corner, and tap Customer Care. You'll be redirected to the Customer Care web site, scroll to the bottom of the Known Issues and tap "I didn't find an answer to my question" and then tap "Contact Us". Fill in the requested information and your problem description, then tap Submit. You will get an automatic email with your Ticket Number. Reply to that email! You should be contacted by a Customer Care representative in a few days.
