- In the game: Click on Options/Settings (the gear symbol in the top-right corner of the main screen), then click on Customer Care
- On the resulting web page: While scrolling down, check whether your issue is already known. At the bottom, click on "I didn't find an answer to my question", click on "Contact Us".
- Fill in the form (only a summary, you will provide details and screenshots/videos later) and submit it.
- Wait for the automated reply (this contains the ticket ID). Check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't appear within minutes.
- Reply to the automated email; now provide details, screenshots and/or links to videos.
- Reply to every email an agent sends you until the issue is resolved.
- Ask for status updates if you do not get a reply within 48-72 hours.
If you do not get a response after 72 hours/3 days, post your ticket ID in this thread:
