I didn't request a refund

When I logged into Asphault 8 this morning, I had a message that stated I requested refund. I never did.
Now my tokens are in the negative and I don't see arefund on my credit card.
What happened, and how do we fix it?

Same problem for me, and I can't log in to my customer care account. I go by Driver 3293.
Total Play Time: 5 days
Vehicles Owned: 101

OMG - Likewise. I took a screenshot of this bizarre notice. This is unbelievable!!!!! I'm stunned...........
My VIP reduced from 14 to 0 / all my licences gone / a massive amount of tokens removed. CANNOT be permanent surely...........

How this happened would be real NICE to know. After 10 days of bewilderment and dis-belief, all losses were restored.
