Spring Update - Windows

Due to technical reasons out of our control Asphalt 8 update for Windows is being delayed.
The Rezvanie Beast X event will be extended for the Windows players,

[WINDOWS Phone] Rezvani Beast X R&;D - Test 7, Lab 1 -impossible to pass

The test is fixed now, in case you have used the tokens to skip the test (before it was fixed) - please get in touch with the customer Care to receive a compensation.

Car/Bike Mastery - Issues with progress

All players that are experiencing issues with their progress in Mastery (the progress shows 0 completed challenges, and each challenge marked as completed ) should contact the Customer Care to resolve the issue.

Easter Cup - Missing trophies/rewards

We are in the process of sending the compensation for the missing rewards.
Due to an error some Windows players have not received their compensation correctly, in those cases we will send the rewards once again.

EDIT:

Compendsation delivery is delayed due to technical errors - it might take a few days to fix the problem.. Please be patient, we apologise for the inconvenience.

Missing Upgrades from the Joyride Season

We have completed the procedure of compensation for players who didn't receive "Free Upgrade S" as the reward for finishing MP season for all the platforms. All affected players received this free upgrade and 100 tokens as compensation for the inconvenience.

We have fixed the issue with the Division Cup (not diving xD) and hopefully won't happen again in the future.

We will send compensations for this issue. No need to reach out to support.

We have been tracking the two big issues that took place after the new update; the missing inventory items, and the Multiplayer issues. 

We are actively investigating these issues and we will be fixing them as soon as possible, so don’t worry, and remember, if you are affected please contact Customer Care from within the game.
