Update on issues after Showdown update:

- Drop Rates on B prokits are Fixed.
- Amazon Firesticks issues. No breaking function. Currently under Android team investigation.
- Motorcycle tricks can't be performed. Under investigation

Some players are experiencing VIP and resources resets. If that is your case please contact Customer Care so that we can investigate each specific case.

We are aware that some Android users are experiencing server connection problems (Multiplayer mode not working, R&Ds and such)

We are currently investigating this issue and we will hopefully fix it soon ^^

We are aware of some connection issues happening on all platforms. Is a server problem on our side. It will be fixed soon, hopefully.

Hello everyone,

We are aware that there has been some issues with the roll of our latest update. Here is the current state of said issues:

- Connectivity Issues: Can't claim rewards, can't join MP, can't watch ads...
The team is working to get this issue fixed ASAP

- MP rewards not shown correctly

At the end of the last MP season some users experienced this DISPLAY issue. No rewards seemed to be received but they were correctly added to each user's profile.

On our next MP season all users will be experiencing this Display issue. All rewards will be properly delivered to the inventories even when shown incorrectly. We are really sorry for this inconvenience. This issue will be fixed on our next update.


- MP season delayed (Season has started already)

- Festival Coins apper as "-1 /1459"  (This is a display issue only. Your number of coins is correctly accounted for in-game. To fix this issue the client has to be reinstalled)

- Transylvania exploit. (We are currently studying the extent of this bug and we will soon come back with a plan to fix it. Sorry for the incoveniences)

Hello everyone, We are aware there was an issue with the Pontiac’s R&D over this weekend.

The team has already fixed it on all platforms. No new issues should be expected but the event won't be automatically activated again.


We are currently re-activating the R&D even for all the affected players, (This will take time)

The duration of the event will be extended for those who experienced this issue.
 We are sorry for the hustle. We wish everyone good luck unlocking this ride ;)
