Its been more than a week and i still haven't recieved an answer from CC. Why is everyone being sent to CB for no reason? No access to tle, mp, gauntlet, and the ones who are using hacks (for eg. driverfer20173) are still there playing normally, but the players who are playing normally, are being put up in CB.
Please look into this matter.

I had the same problems last days, lots of conversation with CC. They can send you a remote file with your former account details, you click on it upon entering the game and your account is back.

However, it did not solve my problems, that I can neither buy nor sell credits, tokens or fucs, can not reach the shop and are unable to enter gaunlet mode. CC finally told me that they are unable to help me and passed my problems to the technical specialists....that's what scares me the most... :o

It has been a week since Conversation ID: #160517 has been submitted. My 7 y.o. daughter lost all its cars due to tablet crashing and factory resetting. She is very upset, hope you can help. Thanks.

Conversation ID doesn't help, post your ticket ID.

You will have to raise a ticket with customer care (CC) detailing what happened with your previous profile. They will require your current Gameloft Player ID as well as your Android device ID for locating the latest save file of your lost profile (be informed you may lose some progress on restoration).

Once you have raised a ticket with CC you will get Ticket ID which you should post in the thread at this link ( viewtopic.php?f=1908&t=222838 ) for a push (priority treatment) from community manager. Further CC may ask for additional details such as number of vehicles you had on your previous profile, credits, tokens & fusion coins.

Give them whatever details they ask for in subsequent email and don't forget to post your ticket ID in the above linked thread for a push everytime you reply to CC email. If you don't receive reply in 10 days then again post your ticket ID in above linked thread for a push. It took me more than a month for restoration of my profile in similar situation. So be patient.

Recheck your ticket ID, it starts with 2xxxxxxx and has 8 numbers.

 

It seems i have a conversation ID, but i haven't received any ticket ID, it has been nearly 72 hours since the previous mail, and no one from the support has contacted me, will i get any help at all?


Sorry, I did not visit this thread again.

You will find Ticket ID in the very first Auto Reply you received as acknowledge after you lodged the complain with CC. It looks like this⬇️

I have been trying to get my profile back.

I am not sure if I should log into a new account to get this Gameloft Player ID that you asked of.

Would this delete my old account/profile?
