Not 50,000FuC 500VIP, it should be 300,000FuC n 3,000VIP

Pushing a ticket is when I send an email in regards to your issue to Customer Care so they can answer faster to you. :)

Why is it so late to answer my problem?

But many people submit their problem to the Gameloft forum because they did not get an answer when they informed Gameloft CC.
