@edek85 - Usually you can find the conversation ID in the email, its a 6 digit number :)

3 days ago with no response. I cannot get into multiplayer. I get an error message of "An error occurred while claiming your season rewards. Please try again later."   Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I have a ticket from early last week and still no response, ticket number is ID: #439587.

I lost all mycareer progress(stars) about 70 cars, can't get the rewards from the Coldsnap Season so can't play in the new multiplayer season. Furthermore i now have a ?negative? coins balance of 201 milion coins so i can't buy anything with coins anymore. i also get the error  "An error occurred while claiming your season rewards. Please try again later."  

Can somebody at Gameloft help me and restore it? i tried to restore it with my facebook account but this didn't work

Здравствуйте. подскажите, написала письмо на сайте геймлофт об утере данных и общего прогресса. мне в ответ на почту пришло автоматическое письмо с уточняющими вопросами и номер моей заявки. как ответить на письмо, если указано, что в ответ письмо отправлять не нужно на тот же адрес? несколько месяцев не играла, сейчас захожу и у меня отрицательные кредиты, прогресс потерян, пропали почти все мои автомобили!
