Please push my ticket. It is about Agera RS festival. My festival progress was 1546/1550. I just needed 4 coins. That means 2 boxes were sufficient. And I had scored 8 boxes in the Aspark Owl FCC. But due to internet issues, I couldn't claim the boxes in time. The festival expired. I paid about $220 to reach tier 25. Please solve my problem ASAP.

By the way I don't have a screenshot of Aspark Owl FCC because it disappeared after claiming rewards. I received 8,000 credits for them.

@Andrea, the above ticket, from 4th Feb was thankfully pushed by you and I received a reply from customer care about a day after.
Regretfully.. I had omitted to note the playerID in the ticket. Svetlana that contacted me got an immediate response with the player-id. But here I am, almost a week later again hearing nothing back.

And of course still unable to access the MP part, nor receive my elite-rewards.

Thanks for pushing my ticket, or maybe just pushing Svetlana to attend my email?
Feels almost like I was put at the back of the queue again, which is disheartening.

MP issues, cannot claim rewards from new start season. I have spent weeks trying to contact customer care and I am getting incredibly frustrated as I can't play MP at all.
