thank you Rares... but what a complete waste of time.
I sent a link to a video. Yet was asked players name.... something the video showed. Obviously it takes more than 9 days to look at a 3 minute video.

Ok, first things first. I'm too much fed up with this ****. It's been more than 5 days i haven't got any news regarding my ticket ID 9969451. Here's the original mail reply from support@gameloft.com

Yesterday i've uninstalled the game for the 4th time just to see if things changed. My screen looks like this

To make long story short, it all looks like this. There has been 3 months i haven't received a single free refill video (just got yesterday 2 x 1 token video after these 3 months but the refill video was inactive). All begun after i started to invest money in this game (been playing from mid november and started to pay for this in february or march, can't remember exactly). I've been quiet this time, pretty much asking everybody here and there if there was anybody else with this issue (here, on toucharcade forums, facebook and even on google circles) but no real fix has happened. I own two devices with different accounts, my smartphone and my daughter's tablet, both having the same operating system and version (android 4.4.2) on daughter's tablet things stayed the same whole period (she's getting these videos every single **** day) and i didn't pay a dime on anything for her account while on mine after more than 200 euros and 11days 7hours spent i feel like a second choice. Allow me to do a simple math test, lets not count 3 months but make it two, multiply these 2 months by 30 days and you'll get 60 times i'm missing the free refill video. Take these 60 times and multiply by 65 tokens which is the refill cost and you'll get to almost 4k tokens handicap for me. Sorry but there were moments i actually payed for refills because i was needing them for the MP TLEs or any TLE, im not a scrub myself as im already having a Pro 330 P4 and a 1722 K1 and having more than decent results in all kind of events. Don't get me wrong, im not asking for any refunds at all but you guys really need to face up to responsibilities, im working myself in a big company as well and we also have deadlines regarding customer care, complains and other client orientated issues, especially towards clients that are/ were using our premium services. I pretty much don't care about the amount of people paying for this game's features but when it comes to myself i want answers and fixes or eventually i'll skip this and will focus my time and money on anything else but this. Your call, i just can't play this when i feel cheated. Try walking in my shoes.

Lost all my pro cards and tokens over 2 months ago. Ticket #HVR-76364-543. Said I would be sent a saved file. No file received. Informed customer services and no response. Also I keep getting error 20 on the Dubai climb the ladder cup. After 4 1/2 days and 6975 points this is very annoying.

How long does it take to get an answer, it is from May 22 that do not play more,
