Dear Andreea,
sorry if I ask again, but after three weeks I still got no reply from CC and I am stuck with Multiplayer rewards that I cannot claim. I sent them the screenshots but after that the issue has not been fixed.
Could you have a look again?

Thanks @Andreea my profile has finally been restored. Missing some Credits, Tokens & FuC but it's ok as all the Vehicles are in place.

Problem is I am unable to claim Multiplayer - Starting Line Season reward due to which I can't play current multiplayer season races (also required to complete festival tasks). If possible can you please ask CC to resolve this last issue.

Ticket ID is = 19936003

Edit (6 Apr, 2020) : I am able to play multiplayer races however I have not received Starting Line Season reward.

here are the 3 tickets I have in with customer care.
March 23 - 20053281 (regarding blueprints and discount purchase prices)
March 7 - 19974661 (regarding anomalies within car mastery challenges)
Feb 21 - 19816177 - this was a follow-up to problem originally reported Feb 8 and involved issues with multiplayer challenges during previous festival (McLaren Senna was the car during that challenge)

Now April 6, 2002. still no response on ANY of these items.

Issue: Cannot claim the multi player reward (starting line season).
Platform: Nvidia Shield TV

Three tickets raised, all for the same reason (raised multiple since no response from CC)

#RNN-56846-627 - Raised on March 8th - No response till now
#DBX-71622-586 - Raised on March 10th - No response till now
#KNJ-77946-773 - two days before - No response till now

cleared the cache, data, uninstalled, re-installed, restored the profile - No help
Switched the network from wired to wireless and tried - No help
I dont know what else to try. But CC looks like not worried about the tickets.

Hi,

Haven't recieved any response for my issue id:20072279 which I logged a week ago.  It's really annoying as I can't apply any upgrades to any of my cars, including the Senna car from the festival which means I'm then not able to do well in the festival TLEs that require the Senna as the car.

Please help.
