After an initial standard response from Olena on 12th March 2020 and my immediate reply of the same date, I have heard nothing from CC.

Would be grateful if somebody could chase this up for me please.

windows 10. game crashes every time at loading after the update.
if i turn off internet connection, the game starts regularly, but as soon as I reconnect internet, it crashes

Feb 24 - lost profile due to system crash & reinstallation
Feb 27 - complained to CC.

 Your ticket ID is = 19936003

Mar 10 - @AndreeaFromGameloft pushed my tkt for resolution with CC
Mar 12 - CC replied "We will gladly help you restore your profile, if you could gice us a few details"
Mar 12 - replied back giving all details

Since then, despite reminders neither profile is restored nor received any response from CC. 

What should I do now @AndreeaFromGameloft?

Although it has been just a few hours since I complained, I am worried that my complain may not be addressed in time for me to make use of it in the festival, what should I do? My time is being removed from the Android LB, I've been asking everyone I know, nobody knows why it's happening!
