Hello @Andreea, I still didn't have any answer from the Customer Care about my ticket id n°19972841. I thought with the new update the bug will be fixed but apparently it didn't happen.... 😭. I know you are doing your best for us and I want to thank you about that. I hope that this bug will be fixed for all players who have the same problem as me 🙏

Hello,

I've been filing two tickets after being banned for no reason, and I am still awaiting for an answer. This is soo wired to be banned after 3 years due to a "suspicious activity". If I really want to **** I would have probably started before... Beside those considerations I would appreciate an answer too figure what really happened too my account (hacker, thief, etc) but your silence doesn't help at all.

Anyway, my ticket ids are: 19986625 and 20022973

I would be really happy to read from you guys!
