I can not start a new topic/thread. The button is visible until I log in and then goes away. I've also tried to send a msg to a mod or GL employee and I don't have that privilege either.

I've posted in this thread before and got no response. What do I have to do or where do I go to get some help with my multitude of issues? I'm sure this isn't the right spot but I figured it's checked often by those that can help, or so I thought.

Anyone? Seems like a functioning forum with likely canned forum software wouldn't be that hard to have work properly and then maybe I can get some assistance with actual problems with the game.

I've spent more money than I care to admit on this game and this is all getting to be very frustrating...

BEWARE OF THE "SPECIAL OFFER": Just wasted 1000 tokens because of the deceptive "special offer" for the TM. Do NOT waste your tokens as it only give you ONE card unlike the promise, "Get ALL the missing cards for this upgrade and apply them immediately!". It is a BLATENT lie because I only received ONE card for 1000 TOKENS when I could've simply spent 24,000 Credits for the same SINGLE card. I feel RIPPED off and that's simply NOT cool! The wording makes one BELIEVE that 1000 Tokens will get you "ALL the missing cards" for immediate application. I'm still new to the forum and am not able to post a new thread so I'm posting here. Can anyone help with this error? Apologies for the thread hijacking and TIA for any assistance...

Edit: Well the 'post a new topic' button has now appeared so either you have to post 3 or 4 times which is not stated anywhere I can find on the forum including multiple searches or the button just decided to randomly appear...

Why can I not post a new topic?!? I asked a few posts up and no response even though someone from Gameloft is obviously checking the thread and replying.

As of now all I can do is reply to other threads like this which don't allow me to properly discuss my issues.

I have even tried registering again with a different username and that one says it's inactive even though I followed the link in the email that was sent.

How many more times do I have to try to register so I can attempt to start a thread? Or how many existing threads do I have to essentially spam to get some kind of response?

I've also tried creating a customer care ticket multiple times and it always gets hung up somewhere and doesn't finish the process.

I didn't realize both Android 8.1 and 9 as well as Windows 10 were so obsolete and obscure that I can't create an account and post to a web based forum?!

This is all getting a bit ridiculous and doesn't even begin to address all the problems I experience with the actual game!

I've spent more money than I care to admit on this game and every day I get closer to deleting the app and walking away because this is getting asinine! I guess if I don't get a response I'll start copying and pasting this into other threads until I either get assistance or banned...
