Adam please do something about the sigil chest tiers...... Some of the players including me are not getting promoted to the higher tier...... It's not satisfying when you do those hard battles and not get promoted😞😞

Ummm Adam I think the free ruin refreshing benefit of VIP levels should be changed with something else. 
Since the ruins have been revamped I think that particular benefit of VIP levels should also be revamped. 🙂
