I'm still having issues with videos on win 8.1 for a good few months now (and with the game crashing constantly since the last update).

Got a response and have done most of what was asked of me but no improvement.

Well I've found out the reason I cant get videos and why my game keeps crashing is apparently due to the memory on my Nokia 630 being poor and that I need a new device. Just need to find a windows phone that has enough memory or ram and has win 10.

Will keep an eye on ebay. May get one cheap somehow.
