login in on a new device

I started playing OAC on my iphone and i just used the log in with facebook feature but when i tried to do it on my computer i use the same info and it logs me in just with none of my characters i had on my phone. I made sure it was the right email and everything im  not sure why but it wont display my characters that are on my phone. Any advice would be hepful thank you in advance,

se me presento la misma situación la otra vez en mlp al cambiar de teléfono. En mi caso aún no he podido solucionar pero te recomiendo que te comuniques con soporte técnico y ver que ayuda te pueden ofrecer.
