Hello everyone,

Starting today, all of the following topics are forbidden on MC5 forums (ALL the sub-forums):
- Hacker reports (reporting cheaters);
- Hack reports (reporting **** engine);
- Hacker / Hack Discussions (discussing about hackers or hacks);
- Public accusations.

[Previously, it was forbidden only to Discussions Sub-Forum --- Now, extended to all the others Sub-Forums]


I understand how frustrating it is to encounter cheaters. Please be assured that we are doing our best in order to keep the game environment as fair as possible for our players. However, keeping away ALL the Cheaters / Hackers / Exploiters, it's an impossible task in any game. As soon as you encounter one of them, please use a method stated in the FAQ below in order to report them. We'll take care of the rest.

FAQ:

I have some information regarding **** engines, websites, etc.. How to share it?
Send a Private Message to me or Radu. Even if we don't reply, we do read all the messages, and forward them internally to the dedicated teams.


I suspect another player is cheating, but I'm not 100% sure. What can I do?
Use the in-game "Report" button. This way we can flag the potential cheaters - if the same player is reported by multiple users under the same accusation, he will be investigated and if confirmed as cheater, he will be permanently banned.


I want to report a cheater. I have proof! Who should i contact?
Report him directly to our Customer Care team. Each report is forwarded internally to the dedicated team, in order to be investigated. Providing a video / screenshot will speed up the banning process a lot, so keep that in mind.


To contact the CC team, please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://support.gameloft.com/game/6/5 or access the in-game Customer Care button;
2. Click/tap "I didn't find an answer to my question" > "Contact us"
3. Fill the form with the required data and send it. (see image below)

All the threads opened under this topic will be deleted/closed & an Warning will be issued to the Author.

First offense - Warning issued;
Second offense - One week forum account ban + Special forum rank will be removed [If applicable];
Third offense - Permanent forum ban;
