We start the race 7, finish 2  
It's always curious when (and why) the player from position 3 disconnects itself  

I can't believe I left this lying in my Garage at low tune PRO-3363 (rank 1600), only to find it suspiciously good, even without TK.

Now granted you won't win every race against slightly stronger opponents but with good driving skills, the results might suprise you.

My MP Warrior pet list grows each experiment. Looks like Festival Cars aren't all that useless.

Or maybe I just got lucky in most of my races? 🤔

A second opinion from you guys might be insightful...

PS: A good early start is very advantageous so a nitro starter can prove very useful.

Glad that you have success with your Sian.

At rank 1600 kings are SR1 (max/pro 1599) and AR$E. Other cars with better top speed and acceleration than 1600 Sian: MP4/8 and Formula E Gen 2 (1592), Zonda R (1594), Sesto, BMW M2 SE, Asterion. You probably haven't met those often since they're already competing in CL. But below 1,900 (rating) there are a lot of Divos and Baileys which are trash at 1600.

Yep. The Sian at rank 1600 is at least 15 mph too slow. The Sian at 1600 can only compete with non-Festival cars around rank 1500. Typical of Festival cars, they are rated about 100 points too high until near full Pro.

Thanks for the advice, also it's interesting how the MP Meta has evolved thanks to the current state of upgrade (or lack of thereof).

Some players without Legacy Cars have no choice but to use what they have and I suspect it was part of the reason why the Chiron had a remarkably good raw top speed at very low tune to give free players a leg up from weak stats. Ofcourse they were quick to change that subtle decision by the next Car.

After all, if it's good enough at low rank then what's the point of (not being able to) upgrades? 🤔

My routine has reduced to simply completing the bare minimum daily tasks in Gauntlet and Events plus MP if tasks require it (play for 700 points at least 😁)

Fuse my cards after and call it a half day
