It's good to have you back!
Speed Trial works fine for me and it's actually interesting.
I only noticed blinking cars occasionally and that my car always gets KD easily while others don't.
There are 2 things that should be improved:
1) Rewards should be more interesting, why don't you throw there more Fusion Coins and different rarity cards/ Wild Cards?
2) The car choice is limited to just 10 D Class cars (1229/1230 rank)
Will it stay the same every week? If every week there were different class cars and different rewards, it would be much more interesting!
My feedback is overall positive (for once!)

I still miss a new MP event!
ST races cannot be a substitute.
In the old MP event, around 50 races had to be run in 48 hours to achieve P1%, 1x per week around 150 minutes.
Reward 180,000 Fu.C, 4 golden tickets and various boosters, etc.
In this ST race, you drive 50 races for 75,000. Time 150`minimal, so you need about 120 races 360` minimal for 180,000 Fu.C.
All other rewards are missing.
If you keep this up for a longer period of time, you will soon be burdening your health insurance.

Yes, did you sidelode 5.5.11 and did it work?
Have you tried resetting the Windows store?
Or searching Mediafire for the Appx file.
