@nks71, I don't know enough about the CB situation. If I was on one; I don't know how or why I ended up there. Either way, GL should make it right. I didn't do anything wrong, yet I suffer from the wrongdoing of cheaters. I know I am far from the only one that has to deal with this stuff.

I know exactly what you mean and I'm not quite certain if you were on CB or not, just an idea!
Besides the obvious c.heaters many others end up on CB for reasons that only GL (I'm sure not even them) know!
Of course they should make it right, but...

GL sent me my kit cup reward yesterday. I still have not received my coin cup reward from the Morgan festival. They told me to send them screenshot with the date the problem occurred. I did that. Now they say that they can't find the date that the Morgan festival started. How in the hell am I supposed to know that. This is their game, they should know when their festival's start. They just don't want to give me my reward.

My calculator can't do the Max/Pro-maths, but as said elsewhere GL lost the plot with this offer. For me it's 54,99€ ... for you it's 49,99$ ... Thanks GL ...
