I doubt even the die hard GL whales are crazy enough to buy this car at that price.  Here is what the A8 wiki says:

As I said before, GL finally giving me my kit cup reward for this festival. But, they are giving me the run around when it comes to my coin cup from the Halloween Festival. They asked for the date the festival started, the date I was denied my coin cup reward, and screenshots. I gave them everything they asked for. They sent me an e-mail this morning saying they were confused. WTF?

I sent, it was the Halloween Festival that started 10/30/20, and that I was denied my reard on 11/08/20. I sent these screenshots; all of which have been sent three different times. They know, but they don't want to make it right.
