Lol, I went to the same restaurant and the comvetsation I heard went like this:
Customer: This steak is rare but I ordered it to be well done.
Waiter: Oh isnt that funny that your steak is rare, hahaha, its so funny.
Customer: Its not funny, I paid a lot of money for that steak.
Waiter: Oh maybe a ghost cooked your steak, cant you see the funny side?
Customer: Er no, you shouldn't be making jokes when your customers have spend large sums of money.

Customer: I'm growing increasingly angry about this - what is happening?

Customer: It is against the law to sell items that are not as described.

Customer goes to the sister restaurant and is server by the same waiter...Customer: The steak is still rare - please take it seriosuly.
Waiter: Ok I'll check with the chef.
Waiter: I heard from the chef, he concluded his investigation and found that all well done steaks are cooked the same way as they were before they changed the ingredients. The chef also said if you think there is a problem then please send him evidence.
Customer: (talking to other diners) ok guys lets send them evidence that the steaks have been cooked wrongly
