Hello everyone! :)
As it was suggested by all of you, I'll post here a few FAQ.

1. First and most important ''How to contact Customer Care?''
  1. This can be done in 2 ways. First you can do it from in game by going to Options > Help > Customer Care. Once you press on the specified button it will lead to a web page. Scroll all the way down and press on ''I didn't find answers to my question'' then press on Contact Us
  2. Second way you can contact CC is by going on this web page - https://support.gameloft.com/game/6/9 and make sure to select your platform on the right. 

2. Where to post a Ticket ID number after contacting CC?
  1. Customer Care usually should take around 3 days to answer to your ticket after you replied back to the automated message, if that doesn't happen, post your ticket here - https://forum.gameloft.com/viewtopic.php?f=1908&t=222838&start=2290
I will be pushing your tickets everyday and you can follow up on the same thread to let me know if you need any more pushes.

3. What is CB and what to do?
  1. CB stands for Cheater Board. There isn't really much to do to get out of it except to stay away from racing for 24 hours (advise coming from the players/veterans)

4. Include a link to the wiki.

5. Wanna post a new thread but you're unsure if it has been posted before?
  1. Just simply use our Search button for keywords.

6. One of the most asked questions "What to do with BPs? Should i fuse them?" Will they leave with the next update, thank the Lord ?(copied this text from Alexatrom xD)
  1. Blue prints are out for a while now. You can fuse whatever you got in the garage for fusion coins or just wait till update 40 as there is something coming regarding them. After that they will no longer be needed, except for fusion coins.

7. Can't post a new thread as a new user?
  1. You have to post 3 replies on existing threads. This is a measure against spam on forum.

8. Negative credits, lost all cars, level went back to 1?
  1. This is caused because you have reinstalled the game, but never had your account linked. Another cause can be an update that was deployed and wasn't downloaded accordingly. You can ''easily'' get back everything by contacting Costumer Care. It will take a few days, but they will restore your account.

9. I was in Champions League in the previous season, but now I'm in Challenger, why?
  1. Every time a new season starts, you will be demoted 2 divisions.
  2. In case you were in Champions League, but have been demoted to Amateur, please contact Customer Care as this behaviour is abnormal.

10. I cannot claim my season rewards, TLE, etc.
  1. Our team is aware of this and still working on a fix for it, hopefully UPD40 will fix everything. Contact Customer Care and they will send you the rewards.

11.I don't know what MP, CC abbreviation mean.

12.I found a ch3ater in my game/leader board. How do I report him?

Please note that I cannot tell you what actions have been taken against them.

13.How do I find my Gameloft Player ID?
  1. Go to Options > Info > About.

14. I accidentally bought "item" can I get a refund?
  1. Contact Customer Care they will refund game currency as a once only deal. So it's only worth it for big mistakes.
  2. Also go to Options > Advanced Settings and set your Token Spending Limit, 100 is the lowest, zero means no limit.

15. How to transfer my game progress to a different platform/OS?
  1. This can only be done once every 6 months. Contact Customer Care and they will assist you.

16. Can I reset a car to stock tune? How many times?
  1. This can be done only once per account.
