For enignes there are many threads where you can see how to get it.
Buying trough speciall engine offers, earn them from various r&d or TLE-s.
Once you got some is not smart to spend all if you need more.
The more you have more you get.
Or iirc there are new way for buying needed parts trough upgrade screen (with tokens ofcourse).
