I agree that this could be a likely explanation, which also means that this %-display is a gamble. You never know whether you are 5.0% (within the category) or 5.1-5.9% (outside) and the "achieved" information is completely misleading then ...

On one kit cards TLE i am top 9%. Received 5 cards corresponding to outside top 10% - top 30%. 9.1 or 9.9 i'm still in top 10%. The game just scam the players, that's the simple truth. It happens on every festival. Won't bother CC for 1 card at all.

Unfortunately, that is exactly the problem - leaderboard shows you at 5%, you are actually at 5.x% and you don't get the 5% rewards.

If this happens to you, please contact Customer Care to get the rewards the app says you earned.

@Владо_Б - not sure what happened in your specific case, it doesn't seem to follow the above explanation.

Our team is monitoring this issue, it is indeed a percentage issue.

Those who are facing this issue, submit tickets to CC, private message me and I will personally give them to our agent to send you all the tokens missing.

Remind them that we are rewarded 20K FUcoins a week useful for a 5 minute TK and weekly VIP rewards are not weekly.
