They flung a bunch of expletives directly at Pepper. That's a no-no. Not just if it was toward a GL employee, but *any* forum user.

i do agree saying bad words to person who isn't capable of making any decisions is a wrong move... Hate the game,  not the player...

"They" is more than one person OR a single person of unknown/unspecific gender. It's a grammatically correct way of saying he/she.
